Pernod Ricard needed to bring their North American workforce of 1,100 employees together for the first time in nearly a decade. Serving as hospitality, creative and multi-agency lead, my team planned and executed this convivial-minded conference. With Resorts World Las Vegas as the perfect backdrop to spark new bonds, we helped Pernod Ricard transform into a kaleidoscope of WONDERUS human connections.

We created the conference visual identity and oversaw the creative ideation and full event execution of the three-day experience, including nightclub takeovers, celebrity entertainment, keynotes and presentations, badges, conference signage, a custom conference app with over 1K+ downloads, even themed cocktails. The outcome? A one-of-a-kind convivial gathering that inspired Pernod Ricard employees to unlock the magic of coming together.

The logistics of moving one thousand people around Las Vegas for several days required extreme clarity of message and wayfinding. Our team seamlessly connected the conference experience across every touchpoint to ensure attendees could easily navigate the weekend. From designing a customized app with a 98% download rate to crafting every sign, video, presentation template, venue branding, and even team-specific wearables, we made sure the convivial conference remained magical.
